Daintree Dreaming – Aboriginal Art & Culture
A unique experience awaits today; an exclusive and spectacular journey discovering the ancient Aboriginal culture of the Kuku Yalanji people. Join an Aboriginal guide and journey to the ancient rainforest of Mossman Gorge. Enjoy a tasty lunch infused with local bush flavours at the Mayi Cafe. In the afternoon join local aboriginal artist Binna for an immersive art class at Janbal Art Gallery exploring culture through painting and storytelling.

A unique experience awaits today; an exclusive and spectacular journey discovering the ancient Aboriginal culture of the Kuku Yalanji people. Join an Aboriginal guide and journey to the ancient rainforest of Mossman Gorge. Up next is a delicious lunch at Mossman Gorge Centre’s Mayi Cafe. Then join a traditional aboriginal fishing expedition across the mudflats and mangroves of Cooya Beach.

Waterfall, Wetlands, and Skyrail
Embark on a guided Wetlands, Waterfalls & Skyrail adventure from Cairns. Explore Cattana Wetlands’ palm forest and Barron Falls with a Djabugay cultural guide. Savour lunch at Skybury Coffee Plantation, then journey to Emerald Creek Ice Creamery for afternoon refreshments. Finish the day on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway travelling over and through the World Heritage Listed rainforest.

Kuranda, Scenic Rail, Rainforestation & Skyrail Including Lunch
A wonderful day awaits as you are transported on the historic Kuranda Scenic Rail to Kuranda. Rainforestation, set in 40 hectares of lush gardens, is your next stop. Board the amphibious Army Duck, see unique tropical fruits, ancient rainforest plants & native animals. Next explore Aboriginal culture and try your hand at throwing a boomerang! before enjoying a performance by the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers. A BBQ lunch is included as well, then it’s time to board Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for your return journey.
